Payment and Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This Payment and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding payments and refunds for courses and services offered by No Problem Home Improvements Culinary Schools (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website noprobculinary.com. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to comply with this policy.

2. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of registration for all courses unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payments. Enrollment is not confirmed until payment is received in full.

3. Course Cancellation and Refunds

If you decide to cancel your enrollment, you must notify us in writing at least 7 calendar days before the course start date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the course start date are non-refundable.

If we cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to all registered participants within 14 business days.

4. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. No Refunds for Partial Attendance

Refunds are not provided for partial attendance or missed classes. It is the responsibility of the student to attend all scheduled sessions.

6. Transfer of Enrollment

Transfers of enrollment to a future course session may be allowed upon request, subject to availability and approval, if requested at least 7 days prior to the original course start date. Transfer requests should be submitted in writing.
